Daily Maintenance and Precautions Impact Test Low Temperature Chamber Series
The impact test low-temperature chamber is a refrigeration equipment independently developed based on the requirements for low-temperature devices in the "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metal Materials". It can achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, fully meeting various temperature control indicators specified by national standards, American standards, European standards, etc. The low-temperature chamber can also achieve low-temperature environmental requirements from room temperature to -269 degrees Celsius, meeting the ultra-low temperature requirements of special materials.
The impact test low-temperature instrument is a precision instrument. Before use, the user manual should be carefully read and daily maintenance should be carried out according to the following precautions to ensure the temperature control accuracy of the low-temperature chamber and extend its service life.
1. Keep the equipment clean, strictly prohibit severe vibration and collision, do not dismantle it at will, and tilt it no more than 45 ° during transportation.
2. The equipment shall not be placed near high temperatures or exposed to sunlight.
3. Attention should be paid to moisture prevention in the electrical control box, and it is strictly prohibited to enter any liquid.
4. Before starting up, it is necessary to ensure that the grounding wire is properly connected to ensure safety; The power plug must be securely plugged in to prevent it from loosening and causing an instant shutdown that could burn out the compressor.
5. In case of power outage or malfunction causing shutdown, the interval between restarts must be greater than 30 minutes; When the room temperature exceeds 25 ℃, the restart time interval must be greater than 60 minutes.
6. If the compressor fails to start, works intermittently, or suddenly stops after a period of operation, please shut it down immediately. First, check if the power supply voltage is between 220V and 240V. If it does not meet the requirements, please check the grid voltage or configure an AC voltage regulator to achieve the normal operating voltage value of this instrument. If liquid nitrogen refrigeration is used, it is strictly prohibited to move the liquid nitrogen tank during the test process to avoid liquid nitrogen overflow and burns.
7. Attention should be paid to the ambient temperature. This low-temperature instrument should be used at an ambient temperature of 5 ℃ to 25 ℃, as the high ambient temperature can cause the pressure in the compressor system to be too high, resulting in compressor protection shutdown or inability to lower the required temperature. If the power grid capacity is insufficient or the voltage is low, it is difficult to start at this time. Low ambient temperature can easily cause compressor oil shortage and damage to the compressor.
8. The sample loaded into the cooling tank should be wiped clean, and foreign objects such as iron filings should not be brought into the cooling tank to avoid blocking the discharge pipeline.
9. Before reuse, the amount of cooling medium in the tank should be checked. The amount of cooling medium should be sufficient to cover the copper tube of the evaporator (otherwise frost may form on the evaporator, increasing the water content of the cooling medium). If the temperature is low, please pay attention to the volume change of the cooling medium caused by temperature and replenish the cooling medium in a timely manner.
10. After each use, the cooling medium should be released.
11. The cooling medium should be replaced regularly to minimize impurities and water content, otherwise the mixing effect will be poor and affect the refrigeration effect and temperature accuracy.
12. Regularly clean the dust and debris on the condenser every month.
13. Do not use without supervision.
14. When turning on the "power" switch, make sure to fill the cooling tank with an appropriate amount of cooling medium, and do not allow the temperature sensor to be taken out of the cooling tank.
