Daily Maintenance and Precautions for Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine Series
The Liangong hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for testing various types of metal and non-metal materials with a maximum test force range of 300kN~3000kN, testing their physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, bending, shear resistance, and bending resistance.

The Hydraulic universal testing machine is a precision instrument. Before use, it is necessary to carefully read the user manual and perform daily maintenance according to the following precautions to ensure equipment accuracy and extend its service life.
Working conditions
1. Environmental temperature: 10 ℃~35 ℃;
2. Relative humidity not exceeding 80%;
3. The surrounding environment is free from vibration, corrosive media, and strong electromagnetic interference;
4. Install horizontally on a stable basis, with a levelness not exceeding 0.2/1000;
5. The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage.
Installation and commissioning
1. The lifting of the testing machine should be carried out by selecting suitable lifting equipment according to its volume and weight, and lifting should be carried out according to the center of gravity and lifting position marked on the packaging box.
2. The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, vibration free, and suitable temperature room.
3. The testing machine and oil source are respectively transported to the concrete foundation, and the distance and direction between the host and the oil source are determined based on the exterior drawing, foundation drawing, and oil pipe size.
4. The connection of hydraulic pipelines should be installed by professionals to avoid problems such as servo valve blockage and oil leakage caused by misoperation.
5. Hydraulic oil should be selected as anti-wear hydraulic oil of 46 # or above. The service life of the oil depends on the climate and usage conditions in different regions. If the oil begins to deteriorate or become dirty and unusable, it should be replaced with new oil.
6. First, open the computer and enter the software, then turn on the power supply of the control cabinet and turn on the oil pump.
7. Due to the presence of a small amount of air in the pipeline, there will be noise generated when the oil flows in the pipeline. The formal test can only be carried out after the air is completely discharged.
8.If any abnormal phenomena occur during the experiment, the "down button" in the software should be opened to remove the applied test force before proceeding with other operations. It is not allowed to start the oil pump or check the cause of the accident under high pressure. If there is a loss of control, quickly press the "oil pump" button on the control cabinet.
Maintenance and Care
1. All components of the testing machine should be wiped regularly to prevent rusting;
2. Hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly;
3. The moving parts of the equipment (such as wedge blocks, screws, etc.) should be regularly coated with lubricant (such as molybdenum disulfide) to ensure smooth movement.
4. The back of the wedge-shaped jaws on the equipment should be lubricated and maintained with graphite powder irregularly, and lubricating oil on the back of the wedge-shaped jaws is prohibited.
5. It is not allowed to dismantle the oil source and pipeline at will. If there is oil leakage and the sealing parts need to be replaced, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the pipeline. This work should be carried out by professionals to avoid blocking the servo valve or scratching the oil cylinder piston, which will affect the normal use of the testing machine.
