HRS-150 Digital Rockwell Type hardness was the industry’s highest award - the national quality silver medal; spindle system uses a non-friction spindle structure, initial test force applied by the electromagnetic brake control and a preliminary test force to improve the accuracy of total test force to impose, maintain, removable automated, eliminating the error caused by manual operation, the hardness value can be fully automated digital display reading to avoid operator error, random printer can print out the hardness measurement and data processing results, construction firm, rigid, accurate, reliable, durable, test efficiency; precision is met to GB/T230.2 ISO6508-2 and the United States ASTM E18.
Spindle system uses a non-friction spindle structure. Initial test force is applied by the electromagnetic brake control, thereby increasing the precision of test force early. It’s automated to impose, maintain, removable for total test force, so it can help to eliminate error once manual operation.
Automatic hardness figures can completely prevent the operator reading error. Random printer can print out the hardness measurement and data processing results.
