Impact test low temperature meter (low temperature tank) is a high-precision refrigeration equipment developed according to the requirements of the GB T229 standard for cooling devices. Generally, it adopts two kinds of compressor refrigeration technology and liquid nitrogen refrigeration technology, and the automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the falling hammer impact sample and the pendulum impact sample. It must be familiar with the precautions and maintenance of the equipment during use. It is the most ideal sample cooling and heat preservation equipment in metal low temperature impact test.

Impact test low temperature meter (low temperature tank) routine maintenance and precautions:
1. Keep the equipment clean, strictly prohibit vibration and collision, and do not disassemble it at will.
2. The equipment should not be placed near high temperature or exposed to sunlight.
3, The electric control box should pay attention to moisture, it is strictly prohibited to enter any liquid.
4. The sample placed in the cooling tank should be dry and clean. Do not bring foreign matter such as iron filings into the cooling tank. The notch of the sample faces the left, that is, the side of the injection cylinder, which is convenient for holding the impact.
5. Wear dry protective gloves when installing samples at low temperature to avoid frostbite.
6. When using, the temperature is gradually lowered from high temperature to low temperature. If the temperature is low, 50 °C should be used for a section of constant temperature for 5 minutes to gradually cool down. When used from low temperature to high temperature, the solenoid valve may be out of control, and it is necessary to return to normal temperature and then cool down again.
7. If it is a low temperature tank for liquid nitrogen refrigeration, the liquid nitrogen tank must not be moved during the test to avoid liquid nitrogen overflowing frostbite.
