The special impact tester for current collectors developed by Liangong Institute uses electrical appliances to control automatic swing, impact and placement, which is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. After punching the sample, the remaining energy is used to automatically raise the pendulum, ready for the next impact test. For the convenience of customers, an adjustable support base for the weak connection device of the shoe wall of the contact collector is designed: the installation height and the strike center of the carbon slide can be adjusted according to the size of the shoe wall of the contact collector.
