The operation method of the drop-weight sample notch sample making machine:
1. Before turning on the power supply, it is necessary to test the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply (point measurement method is available) to ensure that the rotation of the spindle motor is correct, so that the movement direction of the spindle is consistent with the corresponding button.
2. After the power is turned on, the measurement and control instrument lights up, and the measurement and control system enters the state to be measured.
3. Press the "screw up" button to release the spindle ball head from the sample preparation attachment.
4. Finally, press the "oil pump on" button to preheat the oil pump motor for 10 to 15 minutes before preparing the sample.
5. Press the main menu button on the measurement and control instrument first, select the stop mode to set the speed or stop force value, and press the exit button after the setting is completed. (This step has been set at the factory, and users generally do not need to set it).
6. Place the sample according to the test requirements, so that the sample is located in the center of the lower platen, make sure that the notch is pressed in the middle of the sample, rotate the handwheel of the pressing plate, and press the sample tightly.
7. Press the run button on the measurement and control instrument, and then press the force reset button to turn on the "screw down" button, so that the cutting edge of the press knife drops to the upper surface of the sample (the cutting edge will automatically stop when it approaches the upper surface of the sample).
8. Tighten the oil return valve, control the oil delivery valve, and load at the required speed. After the sample notch is pressed, the host will automatically stop. At this time, loosen the oil return valve to make the main oil cylinder to the lowest point (very important, otherwise the spindle motor will be easily damaged), and then press the "screw up" button to make the spindle ball head out of the sample preparation attachment.
9. Take out the sample, and the sample preparation is completed.
