The compression testing machine is a precision instrument. Before use, the user manual should be carefully read, and daily operation and maintenance should be carried out according to the following precautions to ensure equipment accuracy and extend its service life.

Maintenance

1. When using, the test must be started only after all personnel have left the testing machine and closed the protective net, and personnel must not approach during the experiment to prevent unnecessary personal injury; If it is necessary to approach, the test should be terminated first.

2. When in use, it is recommended not to conduct long-term full-scale or over range tests to prevent damage to the precision components of the testing machine;

3. It is not allowed to use specimens with visible, obvious, and easily detectable defects for testing, in order to prevent the specimens from shattering during the compression process and causing debris splashing injuries to nearby personnel; It is recommended to conduct a strict inspection of the sample before the experiment.

4. During the experiment, there should be operators left behind to promptly press the air circuit breaker to terminate the test in case of emergencies.

5. The testing machine should be wiped clean regularly, and surfaces that have not been painted should be wiped clean before applying a small amount of rust proof oil.

6. The piston of the testing machine shall not rise beyond the position specified by the red line.

7. Regularly check the cleanliness of the oil in the oil source tank and the oil filter to ensure that the oil source system is not blocked and that the testing machine runs well.
