LGR-100A Ear Rate Measuring Device

For deep-drawn products, earing hinders further processing, so the smaller the earing, the better, and the indicator for measuring the size of the earing is the earing rate. Accurate ear rate data has great guidance for production and subsequent processing. Our company provides an automatic thin plate ear rate tester, which can quickly and accurately detect the thin plate ear rate.
1. Purpose:
  With the development and progress of production technology, sheets or strips are widely used in various fields such as food, packaging, automobile industry, medicine, etc. Due to the anisotropy of the thin plate or strip, the cup mouth of the deep-drawn product has a wavy bulge, which is called a human ear because it resembles a human ear. For deep-drawn products, earing hinders further processing, so the smaller the earing, the better, and the indicator for measuring the size of the earing is the earing rate. Accurate ear rate data has great guidance for production and subsequent processing. Our company provides an automatic thin plate ear rate tester, which can quickly and accurately detect the thin plate ear rate.
 
2. Performance:
  At present, the measurement of ear peak height and ear valley height in China is mostly manual hand-held and fixed ear detection round cup.
  The vernier caliper is used to measure the peak height and valley height one by one, which is inconvenient to hold manually and difficult to fix. Large deviations are prone to occur between them, resulting in inaccurate ear rate values.
  The ear rate measuring instrument consists of a vertical axis, a vertical height adjustment device, a horizontal axis, a horizontal position adjustment device, a digital dial indicator, a rotatable base, a circular jaw with an adjustable inner diameter, and a microcomputer measurement system.
  The setting tray with rotating base can be used to rotate a circle, and all the measurements of the round cup can be realized. 
  The setting of the circular jaw and the edge can further improve the stability of the measurement, and at the same time it is convenient and quick to align.
  Using the combination of digital micrometer probe and microcomputer measuring system, the numerical value of the peak and trough height of the manufactured ear wave is converted into the position error based on the single height value.It can reduce the measurement difference between multiple values and manual detection difference, reduce the error of ear rate test, and improve the accuracy. 
  It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, convenient operation and high measurement efficiency. It meets the test requirements of GBT24183-2021 "Metallic Materials-Sheet and strip-Earing test".
